Renta Corporación and APG buy their first residential care home in Spain

Wellder, the listed real estate investment company of Renta Corporación and the Dutch pension fund APG have bought their first residential care home managed by DomusVi in Burgos, Spain, for 7.5 million euros.

This residence is the first of a long list, as the group plans to invest 250 million euros in residences and health centres for the elderly.
